Club Q hero’s business reopens, community shows appreciation
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (NBC) - A Club Q Patron, who helped subdue the gunman, had his personal business reopen Friday in Colorado.
Richard Fierro, who owns a microbrewery with his wife, has earned the title of hero, according to the Colorado Springs community.
This comes after putting his own life on the line to stop the mass shooting at Club Q last weekend.
Fierro had his beer company, Artevida Beer, reopen for the first time since the shooting on Friday.
As a result, the community showed their appreciation.
They formed lines out the door to support the local brewery to honor Fierro's selflessness.
