Indiana State wins 79-75 against East Carolina

ESTERO, Fla. — Led by Courvoisier McCauley’s 16 points, the Indiana State Sycamores defeated the East Carolina Pirates 79-75 on Monday night. The Sycamores improved to 4-0 with the win and the Pirates fell to 3-1.
