Cook nets 23 in Tulane’s 99-79 win over Charleston Southern

NEW ORLEANS — Led by Jalen Cook’s 23 points, the Tulane Green Wave defeated the Charleston Southern Buccaneers 99-79 on Wednesday night. The Green Wave improved to 3-0 with the win and the Buccaneers fell to 1-2.
