GREENVILLE, N.C. — Led by RJ Felton’s 23 points, the East Carolina Pirates defeated the Presbyterian Blue Hose 77-57 on Saturday night. The Pirates are now 2-0 on the season, while the Blue Hose fell to 1-2.
