Tucson man sentenced to 33 months for Sexual Abuse of a Minor

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Sentenced to 33 months in prison, Eric Christopher Segundo-Antone previously pleaded guilty to Sexual Abuse of a Minor.

The sentencing occurred on September 27, 2022. However, Segundo-Antone will have a lifetime of supervised release.

Sometime between June 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018, Segundo-Antone engaged in a sexual act with the then 14-year-old victim.

The offense happened on the Tohono O'odham Indian Reservation in the village of Topawa. Furthermore, the Tohono O'odham Nation Police Department and FBI conducted the investigation.
