YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - This week's Military Matters spotlights U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. James Secrist, who is an avionics technician for Marine Corps Air Station Yuma.

Cpl. Secrist has been in service for one year and two months, joining the Marine Corps to continue his parents' service.

He inspects and maintains parts of the F-35B Lightning II.
