Excessive Heat Warning returns to the Desert Southwest on Thursday morning and hangs around to Friday evening

YUMA, Ariz. ( KYMA, KECY-TV ) - Above normal temperatures will prevail the remainder of the week with daily highs across lower deserts communities in a 110 to 115 degree range resulting in a moderate to high heat risk. Storms may become more prolific next week with much higher rainfall chances and potentially locally heavy amounts
