Six people injured in a downtown Denver shooting

(KYMA, KECY/CNN) - Another officer-involved shooting happened in downtown Denver early Sunday morning ended with 6 people injured.

Denver police say 21-year-old Jordan Waddy pointed a handgun at officers, who responded by shooting him.

Waddy is listed in critical condition.

No officers were injured.

Denver police later said 5 people in the crowd, 3 women and 2 men, suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

It's not clear if they were struck by the officers' gunfire at this time.
