Agents arrest migrant with previous murder conviction

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - U.S. Border Patrol Yuma Sector says agents arrested a migrant who was previously convicted for murder.

According to agents, 50-year-old Amilcar Jesus Espinoza was found illegally crossing into the U.S. from Mexico near County 8 1/2 Street and Levee Road.

Espinoza was previously convicted after a Texas murder in 2004.
