News 11 Weather Authority: Quiet and mild

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - In the aftermath of our latest Wind Advisory in the Imperial Valley, we've enjoyed a quiet Friday with minimal temperature increases.

The daytime highs only reached the low 90s, which is slightly above normal for this time of year.

As we transition into the month of May, expect higher warmth to arrive on Saturday; with daytime highs elevating into the high 90s.

By the start of May on Sunday, the overall temperature spectrum will slightly move backwards with the latest disturbance due to arrive in the West.
