Man with previous conviction found near mountains of Jacumba Wilderness
OCOTILLO, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - El Centro Sector Border Patrol agents say a man with a prior sexual offense conviction was arrested after illegally entering the United States.
On Sunday at about 9:21 p.m., a man was found near the mountains of the Jacumba Wilderness north of the U.S./ Mexico border.
Agents took him to a processing center where record checks showed his previous convictions history.
