YCSO warns of level 2 sex offender

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The Yuma County Sheriff's Office (YCSO) says a Level Two sex offender will be moving into the county.

62-year-old James Erickson has notified that he will move to Yuma soon and is described as 6 feet tall, 189 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes.

However, Erickson is not wanted by YCSO currently.

On June 5, 2019, he was found guilty in Missouri with two counts of Statutory Sodomy in the First Degree, child molestation and incest.
