Grubhub sued over possible hidden fees

WASHINGTON (KYMA, KECY/CNN) - Food delivery service Grubhub is being sued by Washington, D.C. over possible hidden frees and 'deceptive actions.'

The lawsuit was filed in a superior court after Attorney General Karl Racine accused Grubhub of misleading customers.

Grubhub allegedly listed restaurants without their consent and created unofficial phone numbers to send customers to the food delivery service.
