Temperatures staying above-normal

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY-TV) - Yesterday Yuma hit a high of 90 degrees and today we are expected to be in the upper 80s. Temperatures are above our seasonal average and our normal temperature is 80 degrees, so we can expect to see our temperatures above 10 degrees. Make sure to stay hydrated as the heat continues.

Winds are staying light with winds favoring Northwesterly with wind speeds 10 to 15 MPH and we could be gusty at times as winds gusts could reach 20 to 25 MPH by the afternoon.

The heat continues as a ridge of high pressure is keeping our conditions dry and warm. Tomorrow we will be slightly cooler but temperatures will still be above our average and temperatures will stay in the 80s.
