First Alert Forecast: Final week of winter

The final week of winter in the Desert Southwest brings temps anywhere from five to 10 degrees above normal

YUMA, Ariz. ( KYMA, KECY-TV ) - Temperatures will likely peak Tuesday or Wednesday with highs potentially flirting with the 90 degree mark, particularly in Yuma and the Imperial Valley. After a brief cool-down Thursday, temperatures will rebound again possibly approaching the 90 degree mark Saturday. Cooler conditions are then expected by Sunday. Breezy afternoon conditions will be possible at times with a weak disturbance passing through midweek.
