Mballa, Williams carry Buffalo past Eastern Michigan 83-69

YPSILANTI, Mich. — Josh Mballa had 19 points and 13 rebounds as Buffalo beat Eastern Michigan 83-69. Jeenathan Williams added 18 points for the Bulls on Thursday, while Ronaldo Segu chipped in 16. Noah Farrakhan led the Eagles with 14 points.
