Hightower leads Winthrop over Presbyterian 65-61
ROCK HILL, S.C. — Cory Hightower and D.J. Burns Jr. had 17 points each as Winthrop narrowly beat Presbyterian 65-61. Rayshon Harrison led the Blue Hose with 19 points.
