Sacramento police arrest man in killings of child, man

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — Police have arrested a 22-year-old man who allegedly shot and killed his 7-year-old niece and another man during a dispute between neighbors in Sacramento. The Sacramento Police Department says Tyrice Martin was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of murder. The shooting occurred Tuesday night. Authorities identified the girl as Martin’s niece. Other details weren’t immediately released.
