YCSO makes fourth arrest made in connection with Foothills Chevron robbery
Three juvenile suspects previously in custody
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The Yuma County Sheriff's Office (YCSO) has arrested a fourth suspect in connection with an armed robbery at the Chevron minimart in the Foothills.
The hold-up happened late in the afternoon on October 20th. Deputies say three juveniles, including one armed with a gun, burst into the store and demanded money.

Customer James Kilcer thwarted the robbery, disarmed the suspect, and held him until deputies arrived. Video of Kilcer's efforts went viral, and he received a number of commendations for his actions.
The two other suspects initially escaped. YCSO arrested one juvenile on October 22nd. They took a second into custody on October 29th.
Then on Monday, deputies announced the arrest of a fourth suspect, 18-year-old Donovan Assude of Yuma. Assude has been booked into the Yuma County Detention Center on charges of aggravated assault, armed robbery, and endangerment.
