Police searching for driver that fled car crash

YUMA, Ariz. (KSWT/KYMA/KSWT) - Yuma Police Department (YPD) is searching for a woman believed to be the driver of a car that hit a pole close to 1 am on Sunday.

The incident happened on the 2400 block of 8th Street.

When police arrived the driver of the vehicle was nowhere to be found.

No injuries were reported.

YPD is still investigating the incident and this is still developing.
