YUHSD admin. to identify students in alleged animal abuse video

An online video circulating social media platforms depicts local students allegedly flushing a live animal down a toilet.

According to the video publisher, the incident took place inside a Kofa High School bathroom.

Eric Patten, Director of Communications for Yuma Union High School District, told News 11 the administration is working diligently with a School Resource Officer through the weekend to identify the students in the video.
