Two dead in possible murder-suicide in Brawley
The Brawley Police Department said two people are dead in what they are investigating as a possible murder-suicide.
Officers said they responded to a domestic violence incident Friday at 6:14 p.m., in the 700 Block of Milano Court in Brawley. Officers and paramedics from the Brawley Fire Department arrived on scene and located a 47-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman with gunshot wounds.
Brawley police said attempts to treat the Brawley residents were unsuccessful and both individuals died.
There are no outstanding suspects and the Brawley Police Department Investigation Division is investigating the incident. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Detective Sergeant Rotner at 760-351-7777.
