Crossroads Mission three day Christmas event

Crossroads Mission is having it’s annual three day Christmas community event where 70 volunteers will help out more than 80 families during the holiday season.

“We’ve been doing this for about 10-years now where we put this community event on the 23rd, 24th, and 25th for those families who are less fortunate,” said Myra Garlit, Executive Director at Crossroads Mission.

On Sunday about 18 hundred meals were served to the community that’s including the 40 drivers who delivered 700 meals to homes.

“The community shows how much they give and they’re willing to sacrifice to help those who less fortunate,” said Garlit.

Crossroads Mission will continue it’s three day Christmas donations tomorrow from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
