Mary and Joseph donate SUV to homeless mom
A couple named Mary and Joseph delivered a Christmas surprise to a homeless mother in Stuart, Florida.
Ashley Harrison has been living at Mary’s Shelter of the Treasure Coast for the last two months. She’s a new mom to a six-week-old baby boy and is trying to get her life back on track after struggling with addiction.
Harrison told her story to NBC affiliate WPTV on Monday. After the interview, the staff at the shelter asked Harrison to come outside.
That’s when Mary Nash and Joseph Gary Zingo surprised her with a car. After hearing Harrison’s story, the couple decided to donate their white 2003 Hyundai Sante Fe.
