San Luis PD confirm missing man located
UPDATE
According to the San Luis Police Department, 68-year-old Pedro Quintero was found with the assistance of the Tucson Police Department. Police said Pedro was located in a residence in the Tucson vicinity and turned over to a family member in good health.

UPDATE
The San Luis Police Department is looking for 68-year-old Pedro Quintero after he was reported missing on Sunday at about 5 p.m.
SPD said Quintero was waiting in line to cross from San Luis, Mexico, to San Luis, Ariz., when he then exited a vehicle and left walking.
Rosa Quintero, Pedro Quintero’s wife, said her husband expressed he wanted to hitchhike to Salinas, California to see his daughter.
“He said he was going to get a lift with any trailer, semi that goes by towards Salinas, California. He was going to hop on one,” said Quintero.
Pedro crossed the San Luis Port of Entry on the same date at about 8:20 p.m. and has not been seen since.
Quintero is described as 5 foot 7 inches tall, approximately 170 pounds, with black with gray hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing brown pants, black with a white shirt, black jacket, and black shoes and was last seen walking.
He left without his medication and suffers from mental conditions.
” He’s drinking medicine because sometimes he can’t sleep or he wants to do things that you can’t do anymore. He wants to continue to be how he used to be before,” said Quintero.
SPD is investigating this case.
