Crash involving 2 police vehicles in Yuma
Update 7:54 p.m. 7/21/18 :
According to YPD, two police officers driving separate vehicles were involved in a collision with minor injuries at approximately 5:33 p.m. Both officers were involved in a foot pursuit at the time of the accident. They were both transported to Yuma Regional Medical Center. The case is under investigation.
A crash involving two Yuma police vehicles was reported after 6 p.m. Saturday evening.
The accident happened at the intersection of 16th street and Fourth Avenue. According to a witness, one officer was transported to Yuma Regional Medical Center for further treatment.
