NWS sets flash flood warning for Yuma County

The National Weather Service set a flash flood warning for Yuma County from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Some locations that will also experience flooding include Blythe, Quartzsite, Cibola, Salome, Brenda, Bouse, Vicksburg Junction, Wenden, Kofa Wildlife Refuge, Vicksburg, Harcuvar, Palm Canyon and Ehrenberg, according to NWS.

The following highways will also be affected: AZ Interstate 10 between mile markers 1 and 51. US Highway 60 between mile markers 31 and 61. AZ Route 72 between mile markers 14 and 49.
