Yuma Mayor Douglas Nicholls in Washington D.C. promoting local issues

This week, Mayor Douglas Nicholls went to Washington D.C. where he is promoting issues for Yuma and meeting with leaders at the national level.

Some of those issues include a new veteran’s home, widening US-95, and protecting MCAS Yuma and YPG. Other things on his agenda include Port of Entry issues and the local college campuses.
