16-year-old Eric Snyder to attend the English National Ballet

Ballet Yuma is proud to announce 16-year-old Eric Snyder will be attending The English National Ballet in the fall.

Snyder participated in a very prestigious competition (Prix De Lausanne) in Switzerland in February of this year and as one of the finalist was offered many different opportunities. Snyder has chosen to attend the English National Ballet School next year on full scholarship to finish his training.

Snyder was one of 83 participants, one of 3 boys from the United States and one of 21 finalists from around the world.

Before leaving in September he will be studying at the San Francisco Ballet School.

Snyder will be performing the role of Albrecht in Giselle on March 24, at Snider Auditorium at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Don’t miss your opportunity to see him in Yuma for one last performance.

Tickets are available online by going to Ballet Yuma’s website: ww w.BalletYuma.org

Tickets will be available at the door an hour prior to each performance.
