‘Digging Deep’ in the fields of Yuma
The Southwest AG Summit comes to an end by ‘digging deep’ inside the fields of Yuma. The ‘AG Tour’ is the final day of AG Summit week where farmers and growers from across the country meet the ‘winter lettuce capital of the world’. In five different locations, the tour gives you just a glimpse of the harvest experience from local growers to field workers. It’s not only an ‘eye-opening’ experience regarding where our produce comes from but the process it goes through in order to get to your dinner plate.
