Here’s where to get tested for free on World AIDS Day

As World AIDS Day is celebrated on Dec. 1st, the Yuma County Public Health Services District is encouraging the community to get tested for HIV.

The World AIDS Day is a global initiative to raise awareness and improve education about HIV and AIDS.

The Yuma County Public Health Services District is offering free rapid HIV testing and general information at various locations throughout Yuma County from Nov. 27th through Dec. 2nd.

On Tuesday, Nov. 29th, there will be a testing location at Arizona Western College LR Building located at 2020 S. Ave. 8th E from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

On Monday, Nov. 27th through Dec.1st, there will be a testing location at Yuma County Health District located at 2200 W. 28th St. from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

On Saturday, Dec. 2nd, there will be a testing location at Día del Campesino located at San Luis, Ariz. from 3:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
