MCAS Yuma Assumption of Command and Appointment Ceremony

The Marine Corps Air Station in Yuma held a change of command Tuesday morning that continued a long naval tradition.

The Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 112, originally based at MCAS Beaufort, South Carolina, has made the transition to an F-35 B-Squadron with Lt. Col. John P. Price assuming command in Yuma. The ceremony also appointed the Sergeant Major Stephen J. Litz to Squadron Sergeant Major who will assist the commander in continuing the mission and future operations.
