Richard Morales Alejandre pleas not guilty as he faces multiple charges

Richard Morales Alejandre faces multiple charges after appearing in court Thursday following his arrest after being caught with a stolen vehicle.

Alejandre was charged with theft, means of transportation, dangerous drug possession of methamphetamine , possession of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine .

The 30-year-old pleaded not guilty.

Alejandre still has two pending cases with separate charges from past dates filed against him and is due in court later this month.

Alejandre is due to be back in court next Monday, Aug. 14th at 1 p.m.
