Safe Driving Tip: Seat belts are required in the state of Arizona. Love them or hate them statistics show they do save lives. As the driver, you’re responsible for the use of safety belts by all passengers under 16 years old. Front seat passengers 16 years old or older may be cited individually for not wearing a safety belt. The use of a child restraint device is required for children under 8 years old AND 4′ 9″ tall and under. A booster seat is required for children 5 to 7 years old AND/OR under 4′ 9′ tall. And always remember to Drive Safe!

On The Web: Roadway construction information, to include traffic restrictions, occurring within the City of Yuma, can be found on the City’s website at http://www.yumaaz.gov/. Look for the City News.
