Heat tips on surviving Summer

As you know staying hydrated and protecting your skin from the sun are just two of the many ways to beat the heat.

Making those practices into a “habit” with yourself or with your family could protect you this summer in the long run. Doctor Brudha from Yuma Dermatology says this habit is crucial especially living in our region.

“You want to protect your children, particularly in Yuma. A consistent sunscreen on the way out the door and every time you put the kids in the car is probably a reasonable rule.”
