News from Capitol Hill, plans to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act also known as Obamacare are underway. Louisiana Senator Bill Cassidy presented a plan where the choice is up to individual states; states will have to choose on whether to stay with Obamacare, support a new federal plan or opt out of any assistance.

The decision has come under fire as protesters have taken to the streets asking for Obamacare to remain, a 360 degree turn from six years ago when protesters called for it to be dissolved.
