Picking out the perfect Christmas Tree

It’s about that time to pick out the perfect Christmas tree to take home, but do you know the “difference” between trees while shopping?

From the McKenzie farms in Oregon, to Yuma, Arizona, picking out your Christmas tree is one of the highlights this holiday season.

Signature Christmas Trees has two locations in Yuma County, one at Yuma Palms, and the other by Sears department store. Instead of shopping at department stores for your tree, these two shops have a variety of trees that might be what you’re looking for. Jerry Sooter, is the manager of Signature Trees, and explained how there are different types of trees for different reasons.

“The trees are Noble, Douglas, Fraser, and Nordman” ,Sooter says.

If you’re looking for stong branches to decorate and a deep smell in your home, you want either the Noble or Nordman. If you want a tree with fullness and a unique shape, you’re looking at the Douglas or Fraser. Whatever you choose,all of these different types will last all of the holiday season.
