Car lands in Yuma canal
Firefighters took a person to the hospital after they drove into a canal Monday night. Rural/Metro said firefighters responded to the scene Monday just after 8 p.m.
The vehicle was found in a canal near Avenue 1E just south of County 14th St. in Yuma.
The driver was taken to Yuma Regional Medical Center with unknown injuries.
The cause of the incident is still under investigation.
