10th annual Scary & Safe Trick or Treat

Tonight, the Yuma Police Department (YPD) is hosting the Scary & Safe Trick or Treat at the Yuma County Fairgrounds on Thursday, October 31.

This is the 10th year in a row where YPD hosts a safe Halloween event. The three hour event starts at 5:30 p.m. and goes until 8:30 p.m.

Admission is only $1 and all proceeds go towards Arizona Law Enforcement’s Torch Run for Special Olympics.

Public safety agencies, local businesses, and nonprofit organizations will be handing out candy.

There will also be hot dogs, chips and water for sale.
