Woman murdered in Somerton

UPDATE: Somerton Police ( SPD ) now have Issac Abraham Rivera in custody. At 1:38 P.M. Sunday, SPD thanked Yuma Police for making the arrest. SPD Also thanks the public for their tips and calls.

SPD confirms Leticia Martinez was stabbed to death and the suspect is on the loose and could be armed.

Officers are looking for 45-year-old Isaac Abraham Rivera. He is described as 5’8 ” , 185 pounds , with black hair and brown eyes.

Rivera is believed to be on his way to either Imperial County, California or Clark County, Nevada. He could possibly be driving a 1999 Honda Accord with the license plate CJE9380 , according to SPD .
