Police: Disturbed subject found at Imperial Valley Mall

The El Centro Police Department confirmed a disturbed subject with a lock was found at the Imperial Valley Mall Monday.
Authorities responded to the area after a call was made of a threat.
The incident is not an active shooter situation, police said.
