Level 3 sex offender residing in Yuma
The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office (YCSO) would like to make the community aware of a level 3 sex offender who currently resides in Yuma after pleading guilty to one count of sexual assault and one count of attempted sexual conduct with a minor in October 2012.
According to YCSO, 25-year-old Fabriel Perez Ruiz was sentenced to seven years in the Arizona Department of Corrections and lifetime intensive probation. YCSO stated the victim is a 14-year-old teenager who is known to Ruiz. Heis currently under the supervision of the Yuma County Adult Probation and is not wanted by the YCSO at this time.
Ruiz currently resides at 24 W. Colorado Drive, #7, in Yuma and is described as 5’9, 189 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
YCSO said Ruiz is considered a Level 3 offender with a high risk to re-offend.
