David Marcus Rodriguez
Hispanic male, 32. Height 5’8”, weight 190. Brown hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: Right forearm – “Andrew” / skulls, right hand – “Pay Me” / $ sign / star, neck – “D”, back – “Rodriguez”. His probation violation is for the original conviction of the following: Amended Count One: Attempted Theft of Transportation, a class six felony.
