100+ new cases of coronavirus in Yuma County
Health officials report 7 more deaths
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - New cases of coronavirus topped 100 again on Wednesday.
The Yuma County Health District (YCHD) confirmed another 139 cases of the illness. Health officials also reported 7 new deaths.
Once again the largest number of new patients come from the 20-44 year-old age group. More than half the positive cases in Yuma County involve people under the age of 45. Statewide the average patient is 55 or older.
