Imperial Valley League flag football roundup

EL CENTRO, Calif. (KYMA) - All seven Imperial Valley League flag football teams were in action Wednesday night as the league nears its close at the end of the month.

Holtville continued its strong season with a 40-6 win over San Luis. The Vikings improved to 10-3 overall, while the Sidewinders dropped to 0-3.

Vincent Memorial picked up a league win, defeating the Spartans 26-12. The Scots improved to 4-2 in league play, while the Spartans fell to 2-5.

Calexico earned a 26-18 victory over Southwest. The Bulldogs moved to 5-2 in league play, while the Eagles dropped to 3-4.

Brawley remained at the top of the league standings with a 39-12 win over Imperial. The Wildcats improved to 6-1 in league play, while the Tigers fell to 0-6.
