U2 frontman Bono says Dolly Parton recorded duet for song on upcoming album

(CBS, KYMA) - Two months before Dolly Parton died, she recorded a duet with U2's Bono called "Torn."

It appears on the band's upcoming album, "Carnaval de Luz."

Bono told "Rolling Stone" magazine when Parton got ill, "she got out of her bed to sing this song and you can hear that. And I can't even listen to it now. She sang her heart out, and I cannot believe that's an 80-year-old woman."

The album's producer said Parton "loved" the final mix of the song.
