Apple announces new products

CUPERTINO, Calif. (CNN, KYMA) - Wednesday was a big day in the world of Apple as new CEO John Ternus introduced the company's newest products.

Two of them are iPhones 18 Pro and Pro Max.

The company said they feature the most advanced camera system in an iPhone, along with better battery life and performance.

The phones also include a new "thermal management system," which aims to keep the phone cooler so it can run AI models on it.

There's also the ability to capture photos quicker in lower light conditions, alongside an adjustable aperture and shutter speed.

The 18 Pro models also allow users to take photos in "reference mode." That essentially adds a watermark to each photo so you can prove you took the image and it isn't AI.

Other products rolling out include iPhone Duo, Apple's first foldable iPhone.

If anyone is wondering about price tags for these products, the Duo started at $1,999 while the iPhone 18 Pro starts at $1,200, with the Pro Max a hundred bucks more.
