Six dead after building collapses in Delhi

NEW DELHI, India (NBC, KYMA) - At least six people have died following a building collapse in India.

The five story building that included a basement was located in southwest Delhi.

News outlets reported that repair work was being done in the basement when the structure collapsed.

Rescuers Monday were digging through rubble with the help of sniffer dogs.

A Delhi Minister was on sight and said 12 people were rescued from the sight.

They then confirmed six people died in the incident.
