Tiger Woods scheduled for change-of-plea hearing in DUI case

MARTIN COUNTY, Fla. (KYMA) - Tiger Woods is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday for a change-of-plea hearing, according to court records.

It remains unclear how Woods may change his plea or whether he has reached a plea agreement with prosecutors.

The hearing comes five months after a rollover crash led to charges of driving under the influence.

Woods was found at the scene of the crash in Martin County, Florida, not far from his home.

According to an arrest affidavit, Woods failed a field sobriety test and had prescription painkillers in his pocket.

Woods pleaded not guilty in March to misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to testing.
