Police chase in Los Angeles ends in crash

LOS ANGELES (CBS, KYMA) - A carjacking chase ended in a crash, with the suspect slamming into an innocent driver and a bus bench.

The suspect led officers on a chase through residential streets near Glendale and Mount Washington.

After the crash, officers swarmed the suspect's vehicle and quickly extracted the driver, taking him into custody.

The driver of the SUV that the suspect crashed into, exited their vehicle as officers rushed to their aid.

That person was eventually taken by ambulance, and heir condition is unknown at this time.
